What to include in your email

- What happened — what you tapped, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot is gold.
- The email on your FundBuddy account, so we can find it (please don't send passwords).
- When it happened, roughly.
Please don't email receipts, your NDIS number or plan documents — we don't need them to help, and it keeps your details safer.

What is FundBuddy?
FundBuddy is an NDIS budget app for Australian participants and their families. You enter your plan budget, log spending (or snap a receipt), and the app shows a live balance and a plain-dollar "safe to spend" number — no spreadsheets, no scolding.
It's an independent budgeting tool. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NDIA or the NDIS.
When does FundBuddy launch?
Soon — we're finishing the iOS app now, with Android to follow. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's ready. No other emails, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Who is FundBuddy for?
NDIS participants and the families, parents, guardians and nominees who help manage a plan — especially self-managed and plan-managed participants who want to know what's safe to spend. It isn't built for providers or plan managers. A family subscription supports up to four participants.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted, only your account can access it, there are no ads or analytics trackers, and we never sell data. Receipt photos are only sent for AI reading when you tap "Read receipt". The full details are in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. That permanently deletes everything — budgets, claims, participants and receipt photos. It can't be undone.
Prefer we do it? Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll delete it within 7 days and confirm.
Does FundBuddy see my NDIS login?
No. FundBuddy never connects to myplace, PACE, myGov or the NDIA. You enter your own budget numbers from your plan, and the app tracks from there. Your NDIA records always remain the official source — if the two ever disagree, trust the NDIA.
